Your Child Will Learn by Your Side

Wisdom Tree Preschool offers several popular Mommy and Me classes where parents can spend time alongside their child in the classroom. These include a number of baby playgroups, toddler programs and our separation classes. This program is built around moving to music and creating fun crafts.

Baby Bunnies

Our Baby Bunnies program is for children five months and older. This is a wonderful time where your focus is solely on your baby.

Their senses are awakened through movement to music, playtime, story time, parachute play, bubbles and activities tailored to your child's age group. Puppets are also very popular with this age group. The Baby Bunnies program offers an introduction to sign language as well.

A craft and a snack are provided as part of the class.

Calling All Young Toddlers

This intimate class is for children ages 18 to 24-months, focusing on listening, understanding, conversation skills, sharing with others and making new friends. Children will learn to use words to express their needs and themselves.

There is music time with many different instruments to play with, as well as arts and crafts, fun with bubbles and story time with puppets. Your child will learn social skills while making new friends and having fun just like a big kid!

This program is offered twice per week at a very reasonable rate.

Preparing for Preschool

This is a great class to get your child ready to start preschool. Available for children 2-years and older, it focuses on circle time, learning their own name, the weather, the days of the week, holidays and standing for the flag.

It also includes educational theme stories and crafts to help your child improve their fine motor skills and learn to follow directions.

The themes of this class are feelings, using manners and words, potty time, making new friends and socializing, plus imaginary play with music. We also teach your child that it is OK for their mommy or daddy to leave because they'll always come back. However, parents are welcome to stay.

We provide a snack but ask that you provide a drink for your child.

Little Frogs

Every week, your child will have fun making a craft, learning sign language, having fun with bubbles, playing with our parachute and enjoy moving to music. This program also includes a discussion of a topic the group wants to talk about.

A healthy snack is provided for your child, along with a healthy recipe for a simple dish you can make at home with your little one.

Separation Classes

The goal of this class is to teach your child it is OK to be away from their parent(s). It works through a gentle process that helps "bridge the gap" during that difficult time between your child being with you, going to preschool alone or having a new babysitter.

During this class, we emphasize letters, colors and number recognition, along with movement to music, theme stories and craft time.

A snack is provided, but we ask that your child brings their own drink.
